Operations Manager

Responsible for managing a team of operations associates, overseeing all departmental functions to include deposit operations, edits, return items, debit cards, ATM’s, online banking, IRA’s, cash management, and ACH originations. The qualified candidate will have a branch /deposit operations background, possess strong managerial and interpersonal skill; effectively communicate with all levels of mgmt, be self-motivated and well organized. The candidate should have a project management background, be able to meet deadlines and effectively support the Operations Division.

Assists in supporting banking office responsibilities, servicing customers and developing business for the Bank. Minimum of three years experience

Human Resources Generalist

Will provide diverse support to the HR Division by recruiting entry level candidates, conducting orientation, maintaining Affirmative Action data base, completing salary surveys and conducting salary analysis, coordinating special events and programs, and backing up the payroll function. Excellent communication and computer skills along with recruiting experience required.
