Mortgage Processor

General responsibilities include, but not limited to, processing mortgage applications, reviewing applications for preliminary qualification, maintaining follow-ups for missing items from borrower, agents, and venders, submitting loan files to underwriter for review, updating loan origination system, and forwarding completed loan files to closing department.

Requirements include a minimum of or equivalent to a high school diploma. Candidate must possess outstanding organizational and analytical skills, including math and accounting skills, with a high attention to detail. Prior knowledge of Bank, Investor, and PMI requirements, knowledge of loan originations systems, computer skills including Word and Excel, and previous processing experience a plus!

Accounting Clerk I

Responsible for daily reconciliation of branch cash, processing of TT&L advices of credit, processing incoming wires, and verification and release of outgoing wires. Backup coverage for accounts payable function necessary, along with daily/monthly general ledger reconciliations and remittance of monetary instruments.

Candidate must possess strong communication skills, along with good organization skills, including attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) a plus! Requirements include a minimum of or equivalent to a high school diploma with one year of teller or accounting related experience.
