THE BANK'S LENDING PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY. It is important that our lenders be familiar with the economy, trends and collateral in order to make appropriate lending decisions. As a result, we regret that we are not able to entertain lending requests out of this market area. The only loans accepted outside Northern New Jersey are Ready Reserve lines. Northern New Jersey is defined as Bergen, Passaic and Morris County, New Jersey.

Home Equity Line of Credit Variable Rate
Currently @ 5.00% Annual Percentage Rate with automatic payment from an Atlantic Stewardship Bank checking account. Interest rate will increase 0.25% without automatic payment from an Atlantic Stewardship Bank checking account. The Interest rate is based on the highest Prime rate as published in the Wall Street Journal.
Rates: Auto Debit*
$10,000.00 - $100,000.00: WSJ Prime with a floor of 5.00% and a ceiling of 16.00%
$100,000.01 - $250,000.00: WSJ Prime plus .50% with a floor of 5.00% and a ceiling of 16.00%.
*If payment is not Auto Debited, add .25% to the Variable interest rate
Principal & Interest: 20 Year Term, 5 year Draw Period with repayment based upon 1/180 of the principal balance plus accrued finance charges.
After the Draw Period expires, credit advances are no longer available. Outstanding balance is converted to a 15-year repayment period. Payment calculations are 1/180 of the principal balance plus accrued finance charges.
Minimum loan amount $10,000. Maximum loan amount $250,000.
